Refund & Return Policy – Buyzenz

At Buyzenz, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best shopping experience.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


Return Window

Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery.
If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

  1. Shipping Costs:
    We provide Free Forward Shipping, but not Free Reverse Shipping.
    Please note that shipping across India incurs costs, which we cover for delivery.
    However, if you request a return, return shipping charges (₹66 – ₹130) will be deducted from your refund amount.
    The remaining balance will be refunded to your bank account or UPI.

  2. Damaged Goods:
    Only items damaged during shipping are eligible for a free return.
    You must provide proof of damage in the form of a video — recorded while receiving and opening the parcel in one continuous, unedited clip.

  3. Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued in cases such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts

  • Items returned after the 3-day window


Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to reflect.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
